Cold February rain. I would rather it snow.
No coffee this morning. I figured I’d take a day off.
English muffin with peanut butter, Greek yogurt, and oatmeal. Breakfast of champions.
My size 34 pants fit comfortably this morning. That is cause to celebrate.
189 pounds as of yesterday. 14 pounds lost since January 1st. No crash diet (actually, no diet at all). No alcohol, limited bar food, and exercising at least 5 times a week. In the last two weeks the pounds have been melting. I will also credit hitting the sauna on my days off from the gym. Helps get the heart rate up for a little while on those rest days and gets the toxins out of the body. With the amount of processed food I eat on a daily basis that can’t be a bad thing.
I can not wait for opening day!!!!
March Madness is just around the corner.
The water in my bathroom sink isn’t working. Thus, I am using my kitchen sink to brush my teeth. Which means…..I have to do my dishes on a regular basis. I need a dishwasher.
I think I’ll have a $5 footlong for lunch today.
I was watching “Intervention” at 2 am because I could not fall asleep. If you are ever feeling bad about yourself, watch that show. Those people are real bottom feeders.
